Santa Clara County Superior Court Announces Swearing-In of Eunice Lee

SAN JOSÉ, Calif. (July 11, 2025):  Hon. Eunice Lee was sworn in as a Judge of the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara, at an Oath of Office ceremony held on July 11, 2025.  Judge Lee dedicated the past decade to public service and the pursuit of justice as Deputy District Attorney with the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office.

Before joining the District Attorney’s Office, Judge Lee worked as an Associate at Minami Tamaki LLP from 2008 to 2015, where she handled complex civil litigation and demonstrated a strong commitment to justice and equity. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco.

"We are honored to welcome Eunice Lee to the bench," said Presiding Judge Julie A. Emede. "Her courtroom experience and dedication to public service will be an asset to the Court and the community we serve."

Judge Lee fills the judicial vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Vanessa Zecher.  The Santa Clara County Superior Court congratulates Judge Lee on her appointment and looks forward to the perspective and expertise she brings to her new role.
