You can submit it via one of the below feedback options.
Judicial Officers:
Submit complaints about Judges or Commissioners in writing addressed to the Presiding Judge -
- By Mail: Send your written complaint to 191 N. First Street, San Jose CA 95113, or
- In Person: Deliver your written complaint to the Court Services Office located at 191 N. First Street, San Jose CA 95113.
- Complaints submitted by email will not be accepted or responded to.
Please Note:
- Complaints about commissioners must be submitted to the Presiding Judge.
- Complaints about judges may be submitted to the Presiding Judge or the Commission on Judicial Performance.
- Complaints about temporary judges, please see the Complaint Procedure section on the Temporary Judge Program page.
Court Employees:
Submit complaints about Court employees in writing, addressed to the Court’s Chief Executive Officer -
- By Email: Send an email to FeedbacktoCEO@scscourt.org or
- By Mail: Send your written complaint to 191 N. First Street, San Jose CA 95113, or
- In Person: Deliver your written complaint to Family Court Services Reception, at 201 N. First Street, 5th Floor, San Jose CA 95113.
Sheriff’s Office Personnel:
Submit complaints about Sheriff’s Office employees –
