Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara Announces Appointment of Commissioner Ralph Robles as Judge

SAN JOSÉ, CA (December 9, 2025): The Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara is pleased to announce the appointment of Commissioner Ralph Robles to the position of Judge of the Santa Clara County Superior Court.   Governor Gavin Newsom announced his appointment of Ralph Robles on November 24, 2025.

Commissioner Robles has served the Court as a Court Commissioner since October 2025, presiding over a range of matters. Prior to joining the bench, Robles was the owner of the Law Office of Ralph Robles from 2013 to 2025, where he built a practice rooted in advocacy, client trust, and deep knowledge of the law.

Robles earned his Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. He fills the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Mary E. Arand.
