Self-Help Small Claims
At Small Claims Court you can resolve disputes inexpensively and quickly. The hearing is informal and you are not allowed to have a lawyer. Please note: There is limited availability for Court interpreters in Small Claims cases. If a Court interpreter is unavailable on the day of your Small Claims hearing, then your case may be continued to another date.
