Búsqueda de un árbitro judicial de jurisdicción general

La Corte Superior del condado de Santa Clara proporciona una base de datos con información sobre los miembros de nuestro panel de arbitraje judicial para conveniencia de los abogados y el público.

Las partes y los abogados que hayan estipulado arbitraje judicial recibirán un aviso de selección aleatoria que incluirá una lista de varios árbitros propuestos. Muchos árbitros han proporcionado su información a la corte, la cual se publica en esta lista. Si no se publica aquí la información del árbitro, puede comunicarse a su oficina para obtenerla.

Cada parte tiene que tachar a uno de los árbitros propuestos y devolver el aviso a la corte a la dirección indicada en el aviso. Se asignará un árbitro y se les notificará a las partes o a los abogados lo antes posible.

Las partes también pueden estipular arbitraje judicial usando el formulario Estipulación y orden para ADR de la corte (formulario CV-5008) ), y pueden elegir cualquier árbitro mutuamente aceptable, aparezca o no en la lista de árbitros de la corte. Se recomienda a las personas que deseen ser agregadas a la base de datos de arbitraje judicial que presenten una solicitud (formulario CV-5007). Los árbitros que necesiten actualizar su información pueden comunicarse con la corte escribiendo a ADR@scscourt.org o llenar la Hoja de antecedentes de arbitraje judicial (formulario CV-5040 ) y enviarla por correo postal o electrónico a la corte.
