About the Santa Clara County Superior Court
The Santa Clara County Superior Court fulfills its mission to serve the public by providing equal justice for all in a fair, accessible, effective, efficient, and courteous manner: resolving disputes under the law; applying the law consistently, impartially, and independently; and instilling public trust and confidence in the Court. The sixth largest trial court in the state, the Superior Court resolves thousands of disputes every year through the hard work and dedication of its judicial officers and court staff.
