To ensure effective communication and maintain a professional environment, all callers are expected to adhere to the following guidelines when contacting Court Clerks:

  1. Use of Appropriate Language – Foul, offensive, or abusive language will not be tolerated. Please communicate in a respectful and professional manner.
  2. Proper Attire & Background – If participating in a video call, ensure you are dressed appropriately and in a setting that reflects professionalism. Backgrounds should be neutral and free from distractions.
  3. Quiet Environment – Calls should be made from a reasonably quiet location to facilitate clear communication. Excessive background noise may result in difficulty processing requests.

Court Clerks have the right to terminate any call if these guidelines are not followed. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a respectful and professional atmosphere.

Recording Prohibited

State and Local Rules prohibit the recording of any court meetings whether held in-person, by video-conferencing, or a combination of in-person and video-conferencing. You may not use artificial intelligence applications to record or transcribe proceedings nor take pictures of the screen during a video chat. Any violations of these rules are potentially punishable by criminal or civil penalties.
