The Civil Division courtrooms will begin transitioning from Microsoft Teams to Unicorn Digital Courtroom (UDC) for remote appearances. During this migration period, please note that some departments will begin using UDC while others will continue operating via Microsoft Teams.
Visit the remote hearing links located under the “Home” or “Online Services” section of this website and click on your department. If your department begins using UDC, you will be rerouted to the registration process. You may begin registration five calendar days prior to your court date.
Children's Waiting Room is now open at Family Justice Center Courthouse in San Jose and at South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill.
